Illustrative content
References to fee savings, rollover outcomes, retirement income scenarios, and optimization results on this site are illustrative only. They are based on assumptions about fees, returns, taxes, and cash flow that may not match any particular client's situation. Actual results will vary, and past performance is not indicative of future results. The fee calculator, pension calculator, Social Security calculator, and other planning tools on this site are educational and should not be interpreted as a projection of returns or a personalized recommendation.
Risk of loss
Investing in securities involves risk, including the risk of loss of principal. There is no guarantee that any investment strategy described on this website, or any future strategy Camba Capital, LLC may offer, will achieve its stated objectives. Diversification, asset-allocation discipline, and tax-aware implementation do not eliminate the risk of loss in declining markets. Prospective clients should evaluate their own financial situation, time horizon, and tolerance for risk before engaging any investment adviser.
AI-assisted research and the on-site assistant
This website includes an on-site assistant (“Ask Camba”) that answers questions about retirement planning, pension elections, rollovers, and related topics. The assistant is powered by a large-language-model service and is intended for general educational discussion only. Conversations with the assistant do not create an advisory relationship, are not individualized advice, and may contain errors or omissions. Substantive decisions should be discussed directly with Dan Zimon on a scheduled call. Camba Capital, LLC does not represent that any AI-generated content is independently verified or that the assistant produces independent investment recommendations.
Third-party references
References to Dan Zimon's prior employment at hedge funds and other institutions describe professional history only. No endorsement, sponsorship, or ongoing relationship with any prior or current employer is expressed or implied, and no employer-client relationship exists as a result of those references. Camba Capital, LLC is operated independently of any such employer.
Email is not a secure channel
Standard email is not a secure channel for transmitting sensitive financial information. Please do not send full account numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, login credentials, or copies of statements through unencrypted email. Camba Capital, LLC provides a secure document-upload path for prospective clients who need to share statements before a call.
Information security framework
Camba Capital, LLC is designing its information-handling practices to align with the standards applicable to investment advisers operating in New York State, including the Safeguards Rule under SEC Regulation S-P (17 CFR §248.30), which binds SEC-registered advisers and which Camba applies voluntarily as a New York state-registered adviser, the New York Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security Act (the “NY SHIELD Act,” New York General Business Law §899-bb), and the recordkeeping and related requirements applicable to investment advisers registered in New York under 13 NYCRR Part 11. These frameworks set the baseline for how prospective-client information is stored, transmitted, retained, and accessed.
Operationally: prospective-client data submitted through this website is stored in encrypted form on the firm's third-party infrastructure providers (named on the privacy page), access is limited to the founder, and there is no third-party sale or marketing-based use of household information. Those practices are being documented as a formal written information-security program; that document is not yet complete.
