Information Camba collects

Camba Capital, LLC may collect contact information, planning context, and calculator inputs that visitors voluntarily provide through this website. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any background information you choose to share about your financial situation or planning goals.

How Camba uses it

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether Camba is a good fit for your situation, and support follow-up conversations. Camba does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and does not share information with third parties except with the third-party service providers described below under “Third-party service providers” or where required by law.

Third-party service providers

Camba Capital, LLCrelies on a small set of third-party service providers to operate the website and respond to inquiries. The information each receives is limited to what is necessary for that provider's function, and each is contractually or by service agreement obligated to protect submitted information:

  • Vercel. Website hosting, including request logs and Vercel Analytics. Privacy-safe analytics are configured (no cookies, no cross-site tracking).
  • Supabase. Encrypted database used to store inquiry records, calculator submissions, statement uploads, and chat-recap requests.
  • Anthropic and (for transcription and statement analysis) OpenAI, AI providers that process chat messages, recorded audio, and uploaded statement contents to power the on-site assistant and document review. Both providers operate under enterprise data-handling agreements with zero data retention and an explicit no-train commitment. Visitor inputs are not stored beyond the request lifecycle and are not used to train any public model.
  • Calendly. Meeting scheduler. When you book a call, your name, email, and any scheduling notes are shared with Calendly to confirm the appointment.
  • Email and SMS providers. Used to deliver lead alerts, confirmations, and follow-up correspondence.

Camba Capital, LLC does not use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this website. If that ever changes, this section and the cookie section below will be updated and, where required, an opt-in consent banner will be added.

Sensitive financial information

Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through forms on this website. Sensitive information should only be shared through a secure channel that is established after an advisory relationship begins.

Data retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to serve prospective and active clients and to meet recordkeeping requirements under applicable securities and tax regulations. You may request deletion of your inquiry record at any time by contacting Camba at dan.zimon@cambacap.com.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only essential cookies and limited browser storage required to deliver pages, maintain secure sessions, and keep short-lived form or chat state working during your browser session. Full chat transcripts are not intended to remain stored on the device after that session ends. If analytics or advertising tracking is ever added, it will be disclosed here and, where required, behind an opt-in consent.

The site uses Vercel Analytics for privacy-safe traffic measurement. Vercel Analytics does not set cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not perform cross-site tracking. It records aggregate page-view counts and basic referrer/landing-path information without identifying individual visitors. This is the only analytics product loaded on the site.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults making financial decisions for themselves or their households. Camba Capital, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, please contact dan.zimon@cambacap.com and the record will be deleted.
